While Gomez was recently in Los Angeles, they recorded a brand new track “Moon and Sun” for an upcoming episode of TV juggernaut “Grey’s Anatomy.” Already a series with a reputation for featuring ace tunes, “Moon And Sun” will also appear on the Grey’s Anatomy, Vol. 3 soundtrack along with some other great artists. According to Stereogum, Gomez’s Tom Gray explained their contribution to the series:
When Grey’s Anatomy featured our song “How We Operate” the scale of reaction was far beyond anything we could have imagined. Our website is continually inundated by people who’ve found our music through the show and its accompanying soundtrack. Alex Patsavas and Betsy Beers, apart from having excellent taste, have been great friends to the band. We’re very grateful for their allowing us to share in the enormous success of Grey’s Anatomy.
