New British Sea Power - “Atom”

British Sea Power

“Atom,” the first leak from British Sea Power’s forthcoming “Krankenhaus?” EP, hit the internets today. BSP’s Yan had the following to say about the song:

“Atom is both a vague and precise song concerned with the confusion of modern living, where over analysis can lead to more questions than answers, whether its relationships or quantum theory. i heard on the radio only the other night that something which seperates humans from other mammals is the ability to ask why. but is this ability a blessing or a curse? and what kind of meaningless over inteligent black hole can this leave you in. personally i dont get it.”

Luckily, no background in quantum theory is needed to actually enjoy the song.
