Daniel Rossen JoJo Too Little Too Late Cover

Grizzly Bear’s Ed Droste revealed today how he pestered band-mate Dan Rossen into giving him a very serious cover of JoJo’s “Too Little Too Late.” for his birthday last month. Ed enjoys Daniel’s take on his guilty pleasure so much, he has generously shared it so others could appreciate how “something so auto-tuned and trite [could turn] into a really great song.” You can download the track below.

After mentioning his excitement about recording their next album and promising no alternative takes/remixes, Ed also decided to share his year’s end list of favorite albums from 2007. Ed’s best-of list is:
