Stephen Colbert Sings “Let My People Go” For Striking Writers

With their writers’ ongoing strike, late night hosts have done more than just grow beards - they’ve turned to the undeniable power of song! (Remember Conan’s “Blue Moon of Kentucky”?) On Tuesday’s (January 22nd) Colbert Report, Stephen paid tribute to his writers by performing “Let My People Go” - lead by Stephen himself, backed up by Andrew Young, Malcom Gladwell (the night’s first guest), and the Harlem Gospel Choir! Check out the video below while it lasts! (Thanks to Pop Candy for the heads up!)
