New Flaming Lips - “Anything You Say Now I Believe You”

The Flaming Lips have contributed a new song to the soundtrack of Know Your Mushrooms, an indie documentary about, um, fungi. The new track, entitled “Anything You Say Now I Believe You,” is both trippy (apropos for a film about ’shrooms) and a wonderful explanation of what Wayne Coyne meant when he said the Lips’ next album sounds “something like if John Lennon got together with Miles Davis and they discovered computers.” Couldn’t say it better myself - I really, really dig this track.
